Hi, I’m Lindsey, a psychotherapist who works with adult (18+) individuals navigating a wide range of emotional, relational, and life challenges. I believe the most effective therapy is a collaborative process where we work together as a team to identify what’s not working and build practical, meaningful solutions that fit your life. My goal is to help you feel supported, understood, and actively involved in your own healing.
We begin by building a strong therapeutic alliance—creating a space that feels safe, nonjudgmental, and grounded in trust. From there, we explore your specific needs, patterns, and goals in a way that feels respectful of your pace and readiness.
Each client is an individual which requires not a one size fits all treatment approach. I have over 10 years of prescribing experience in inpatient and outpatient settings and unde4rstand that not every person requires the same treatment plan. I also provide MAT, ie, suboxone, vivitrol, naltrexone for Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder in a non judgmental private setting.
I am a New York state licensed psychologist with a Ph.D. from Columbia University who brings over a decade of experience from adult psychiatric emergency, inpatient, outpatient, women’s health, forensic, sub-acute rehabilitation and counseling center settings. I offer individual psychotherapy and work primarily with adults or elderly adults who are navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, trauma, grief and loss, as well as racial-cultural, identity and immigrant concerns. Starting your mental health journey is a significant and courageous decision that can bring up feelings of fear as well as uncertainty. Sometimes the hardest part is taking the first step, this could be yours! My goal is to create a therapeutic space where you feel safe, accepted, understood and empowered to explore life’s challenges at your own pace.
I have 13 years of experience as an inpatient psychiatric NP at Northwell Health.
I believe that peace does not come from your surroundings—it comes from within. It is something you can learn to build and strengthen.
My role is to support and guide you through life’s ups and downs, helping you stay grounded along the way. Whether you are managing ongoing challenges such as Bipolar Disorder or OCD, or going through a difficult and overwhelming season, I am here to help you regain a sense of control and joy.
I work with individuals, couples, and families, creating a safe and supportive space where healing and growth can take place.

I am a dedicated and compassionate therapist committed to supporting children on their path to healing and transformation. With over 15 years experience, I offer a safe and nurturing space where clients can explore their experiences, learn, heal and grow. Where needed, I combine brain-based somatic healing work to get to the root causes of any and all diagnosis. I work in partnership with you, adjusting the intentions and focus of therapy as needed.
Beginning therapy can feel like a big step and I am here to work collaboratively with you in a safe, supportive, and liberated space. I would like to help you feel less alone with difficult feelings and experience a greater sense of self-agency and fulfillment in your life. I have over 10 years of experience and extensive post-graduate training specializing in depression, anxiety, complex trauma, issues related to identity, and I offer particular attunement to individuals who identify as LGBTQAI+.
My background is in psychoanalytic psychotherapy/psychoanalysis and my approach to therapy is determined by the needs of each individual, which will make our time together a powerful space for self-reflection and growth. Our work together will be an opportunity for you to share your pain and perhaps for the first time, feel heard and understood.
My style is warm, active, and deeply nurturing. If you're having difficulty getting out of bed in the morning, struggling from what seems like uncontrollable worry, or feeling lost and isolated, I am happy to connect with you. You can reach me via a phone call, a text, or email at 347-378-7784 and I will get back to you within 24 hours, Monday-Friday.
As a license marriage and family therapist, I have spent over 10 years working in with individuals, couples, and families to better understand themselves and the people around them. My clinical training in Los Angeles and New York was specialized in LGBT Affirmative Psychotherapy.
