My work is motivated by my own deep desire to stand by others as they build resilience, claim their right to joy, and (re)discover their sense of curiosity and possibility.
For 30 years, I’ve had the privilege of working across systems, communities, and life stages — with adults, families, and individuals navigating complex dynamics, life transitions, and the lasting impact of trauma and inequities. I’ve worked in settings that range from deeply clinical to community-based, and through it all, one truth has remained constant: people are remarkably resilient when given the right space and support.
At the heart of my work is the belief that everyone deserves support and a safe place to explore who they are and what they need. I deeply value the therapeutic relationship as a core driver of change — feeling seen, respected, and meaningful is foundational to healing.
I believe you deserve to feel joy, contentment, and excitement about your life. You deserve healthy, fulfilling relationships and a sense of connection to yourself and others.
I work best with adults who are ready to go deeper — who are motivated to take courageous next steps, explore what may be getting in the way, and reconnect with their authentic selves. I specialize in life transitions, self-esteem and self-worth, resilience-building, and helping people rediscover their joy.

Hi there! My name is Vesper, and I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) based in Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and Massachusetts. I received a Master degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania, and have worked in a variety of settings including inpatient and outpatient clinics, and community and human services agencies. I specialize in trauma, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship challenges.
I grew up in Massachusetts, and have lived in rural towns as well as cities throughout New England. I am a compassionate therapist who listens to you without judgement. Helping adults who are struggling with life challenges is a priority for me and one that I value and uphold with a respect for each individual client. Thank you for considering me as your therapist.
Hi, I’m Stephane Carvalho, a Licensed Mental Health Counselor in Massachusetts. Originally trained as a psychologist in Brazil, I now work with individuals, couples, and families to help them build stronger, more connected relationships.
Whether you’re navigating conflict, communication challenges, anxiety, or the desire to reconnect with yourself, therapy can be a space to understand your emotional patterns and create change that lasts.
As an immigrant therapist, I deeply understand what it means to navigate life between cultures — finding belonging while holding on to your roots. That perspective shapes the way I support clients from diverse backgrounds, always honoring their stories, identities, and values.
I'll help you gain tangible skills to manage life's challenges. We’ll honor your past experiences while staying focused on creating a healthier, more intentional future.
I am a licensed mental health and school counselor with experience supporting children, adolescents, and young adults in both school and clinical settings. I work with clients navigating stress, anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions. My background in school counseling helps me understand the real-life challenges students and families face day to day. I strive to create a safe, supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered.
I am a social worker with past experience working in hospital settings and crisis intervention. My areas of focus in therapy include perinatal mental health (pregnancy and postpartum support), supporting parents through those tricky toddler years, and helping adults navigate through life changes or stressors. I help many clients who are experiencing anxiety and depressive symptoms. Parenthood can be filled with joy, and also comes with hard moments that force us to take a deeper look at our own values, upbringing, and relationships in ways that we haven't needed to explore in the past. I love to connect with clients and validate how hard this roller coaster of parenthood can be, while also incorporating practical tools to increase levels of supports and reframing thoughts to make life feel a bit more balanced.
Life can be overwhelming, and we all experience times of uncertainty, imbalance, or emotional pain. You don’t have to navigate these challenges alone. Seeking support is a brave and meaningful step toward greater well-being. For over 20 years, I’ve had the privilege of assisting adults and teens work through depression, anxiety, relationship struggles, chronic stress, grief, and trauma.
I’m here to help you access inner strengths and develop new strategies. Together we’ll create a plan to reach your goals.
