I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the state of Texas and a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) in Washington and I earned my Master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Argosy University, Dallas in 2018. While in school I became trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing [EMDR]. Since completing school I have become a certified EMDR therapist and EMDRIA approved consultant. I am also certified in Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy [TF-CBT].
