Deciding on a therapist can be a daunting experience; I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker with over 10 years of experience. I provide psychotherapy services via video and phone sessions. I have always known there was a need for high-quality mental health providers. Therefore, I focus my clinical practice on providing high-quality services and evidence-based interventions to my clients. I have treated many clients with a variety of diagnoses including: addiction, anxiety, depression, mood disorders, trauma, PTSD and attention deficit disorder.
I have a strong passion to help people, and truly believe in each individual’s strengths and abilities. Some of the treatment modalities used are Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Strengths-Based approach in an unbiased and non judgmental manner. Thus allowing me to create the holding space my clients need.
I have realized that when we understand our strengths and have developed them we are able to improve and or have a better quality of life. Sometimes we do not understand that a crisis can affect many different areas in our life and recognizing and acknowledging it is the first step in our journey to healing.
As a seasoned therapist I have found that the patient/therapist relationship is the cornerstone in building the therapeutic alliance. Life presents us with many challenges and I will help you face and deal with them. Our life’s journey is often marked by unexpected circumstances that are out of our control, childhood traumas, and so much else life has to present us with. I am experienced , compassionate and empathetic and we can explore together what your goals are and how to achieve them. My hope is that you will feel the safety to express and share anything and expect a non-judgmental and supportive response. I will be your therapeutic partner in working towards your goals to help you live a more positive life
Life can be overwhelming, especially when you're navigating anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, or the uncertainty of infertility and perinatal challenges. I offer a grounded, nonjudgmental space where you can show up exactly as you are. Together, we’ll unpack the patterns, stories, and stressors that may be keeping you stuck, and build practical tools to help you feel more confident, connected, and in control.
I work with adults of all ages with a focus on supporting individuals through life transitions: career burnout, relationship shifts, identity changes, and the complexities of becoming (or deciding not to become) a parent.
As a licensed clinical social worker, I specialize in helping children and families navigate the challenges that come with trauma, anxiety, and life stressors. Trauma can significantly impact daily life, affecting relationships, emotional well-being, and the ability to cope with everyday challenges. The effects can show up in ways such as difficulty focusing, heightened stress responses, or struggles with self-esteem, often creating a barrier to leading a fulfilling life.
With over 7 years of experience, I work with children ages 5 and up, providing tailored support to help them process their experiences and develop healthier coping strategies. Additionally, I offer caregiver support, helping parents and guardians strengthen their parenting skills and foster effective communication and connection with their children. I believe that when families are supported, they can thrive together, and I am here to help guide families toward healing and growth.
