I am also a director of mental health education for a grief focused non-profit, creating programs that educate on grief & loss awareness. While grief is my main focus, I hold a special place in my heart for all life transitions, including job/career changes, spiritual adjustments/abuse, and relationship losses.

As a Marriage and Family Therapist and ADHD specialist, I help individuals and couples improve their relationships and manage challenges related to communication, ADHD, parenting, and daily stress. Relationships play a big role in our well-being—they can bring closeness and joy, but also tension and disconnection. In therapy, I’ll help you notice patterns that may be keeping you stuck, let go of what isn’t working, and build healthier, more fulfilling connections. I also support individuals in handling the demands of work, parenting, and relationships with more balance and confidence.
I offer individual and sex therapy via telehealth for adults all over Illinois.
My areas of specialization include sexuality and gender exploration and affirmation, building strong and ethical nonmonogamous relationships, addressing anxiety and avoidance, and developing confidence communicating desires, feelings and boundaries.
I primarily utilize somatic healing practices such as Eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), Internal Family Systems (IFS), somatic practices, narrative therapy, strengths based and motivational interviewing. These modalities can be personalized to implement new patterns that cultivate the mind/body connection while building a better understanding of your inner-world. Utilizing a trauma-informed and culturally competent lens, I guide my clients in a compassionate and client-centered manner.
