I am a dedicated clinician devoted to helping individuals navigate life's challenges with hope and resilience. My practice is built on the pillars of integrity, respect, and compassion, ensuring that every client feels heard and supported. I specialize in helping clients manage complex symptoms and stressors that may feel overwhelming, providing a structured yet empathetic environment for healing.
As a licensed professional counselor, I believe counseling and psychotherapy can help people’s mental health. Spending time and effort on mental health is important to people’s self-care routine. I have over three years’ experience providing mental health counseling and psychotherapy to a variety of people. My focus area has been working with adults that have moderate to severe mental health issues.
My name is Lynsey Poblete and I was born in Toronto, Canada and have lived in Houston for 28 years. I graduated with my Bachelor of Science in Psychology and Criminal Justice in 2008 from Sam Houston State University (SHSU). In 2012, I received a Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from The Chicago School and in 2014 a Master of Arts in Counseling from SHSU. I enjoy helping the community with improving self-care and working through new ways to handle life stress. I work with kids, adolescents, adults of all ages and couples. I have six kids of all ages, a husband and three dogs that make up my amazing home! I enjoy working with programs that teach others how to swim, going to school, and spending time with my family. I encourage ownership of counseling sessions by providing flexibility among theories and growth towards reaching someone’s full capacity through all complex situations.
I believe therapy should feel less like performing and more like finally being able to exhale. My approach is warm, collaborative, insight-oriented, and rooted in genuine human connection. I specialize in psychoanalytic and narrative therapy, helping clients explore the deeper patterns, relationships, experiences, and stories that shape how they move through the world. Together, we work to uncover the “why” beneath recurring emotions, behaviors, relationship dynamics, and internal conflicts while also rewriting narratives that no longer serve you.
My name is Vivian Osemene, and I am a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner (PMHNP-BC). I provide compassionate, evidence-based care to individuals experiencing a range of mental health concerns, including mood disorders, anxiety, trauma related disorders, and other psychiatric conditions.
I completed my psychiatric mental health training at Walden University and have experience working with diverse populations across the lifespan, including individuals with complex psychiatric and developmental needs. My clinical approach focuses on thorough assessment, accurate diagnosis, and individualized treatment planning.
As a fully licensed professional counselor in Texas, I have had the opportunity to work with many populations. Victims of domestic and sexual violence, those struggling with substance abuse, and those managing ongoing anxiety and depression are those with whom I have spent the most time. I prefer to demystify the counseling process and allow clients to be who they are during sessions. I don't want to put you in a box; I want you to feel validated and connected to the world you're in. I can see individuals, adolescents (15+), couples, and families.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 16 years of experience in education and mental health support. I hold a Master of Education in Counseling and Guidance from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley.
My professional background includes extensive experience as a school counselor, which has strengthened my ability to support individuals through life transitions, emotional challenges, and personal growth. Over time, my clinical work has expanded to include adolescents (15+), adults, and older adults.
I enjoy working with clients navigating anxiety, depression, stress, self-esteem challenges, life transitions, and relationship concerns. I also have a strong passion for working with older adults as they reflect on life experiences, cope with changes in health or independence, and find meaning and purpose in later stages of life.
In addition, I work with couples and married partners who are seeking to improve communication, rebuild trust, and strengthen their connection. I support couples in navigating conflict in healthier ways and developing a deeper understanding of one another.
My approach is warm, collaborative, and strengths-based. I strive to create a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard, respected, and empowered to make meaningful changes in their lives
Hì! My name is Ivelisse. I support clients facing challenges like anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions.
