Hi, I'm glad you're here! I'm Angela Kehm, a Licensed Professional Counselor and Board Certified Registered Art Therapist with a foundation in addiction recovery, community integration, and holistic healing. I earned my training from Southwestern College and the New Earth Institute, where I developed a deep commitment to values-driven, culturally aware care. I support individuals navigating burnout, identity shifts, and the quiet ache of disconnection—offering a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect.
I help people who are tired of fighting with their own minds. Maybe anxiety follows you everywhere—that constant worry that won't let you rest. Maybe you can't focus at work no matter what you try, and you're forgetting things that matter. Maybe you're the person holding everything together for everyone else, but inside you're exhausted and running on empty. You've tried to push through. You've tried to "think positive." But your brain won't cooperate, and you're tired of struggling. Here's what I know: You don't need to fix yourself. You need tools that actually work. You need someone who gets it. You need to stop fighting.
I have a strong Christian Faith that is central to my life. However, I am welcoming to all faiths.
I am passionate about family.
I have been through marriage and divorce, therefore, I understand first-hand the complex thoughts and feelings that accompany those experiences.
I have attended therapy, so I know what it's like to sit in the other chair!
I have enjoyed humor throughout my life and I enjoy using humor in sessions when appropriate.
I offer Individual Counseling and Relationship Counseling.
I am a licensed social worker with nearly a decade of experience supporting individuals in higher education and community-based settings. In my clinical work, I specialize in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, life transitions, relationship challenges, and burnout. I also have experience working with individuals from diverse cultural backgrounds and those navigating questions of identity, belonging, and purpose.

Relationship stress, trauma, and carrying too much for too long can leave you feeling stuck or distant. I’m Megan, and for over a decade I’ve helped people work through relationship struggles, trauma, and disconnection in its many forms.
I have a strong passion for learning about the importance of mental health and decided to complete my graduate studies at Capella University. I graduated with a Master’s in Clinical Counseling and completed my practicum hours at a mental health hospital in San Antonio. I have been providing services to the following age groups: aged-school children, adolescents, and adults. I have experience and can offer services to the following: grief, transitions, anxiety, depression, post-traumatic stress, attachment, relationships, and codependency. My well-rounded experience has allowed me to make connections and provide services to people from different backgrounds.
Welcome! As an LPC, my goal is to provide compassionate, client-centered counseling to support individuals through life transitions, emotional struggles, and personal challenges. Together, we will work to identify goals, develop healthy coping strategies, and create meaningful, lasting change.
