Hi! I'm Christine Kilgallen, LPC. I've been in the counseling field for 12+ years and have worked with adults, children, and families with a variety of mental health needs. While most of my work is with folks who experience anxiety, depression, and grief, I have also worked with clients who struggle with trauma, substance use, mood disorders, and psychosis. I have training and experience with evidence-based practices including Acceptance and Commitment Therapy and Motivational Interviewing.
You don't have to arrive here polished or put together. You just have to arrive.
I believe vulnerability isn't a weakness — it's a gateway to growth, connection, and authenticity. My work is built on that belief. This is a space where you are accepted exactly as you are, imperfections and all, and where every step forward — no matter how small — is honored.
I work with individuals who are ready to understand themselves more deeply, move through what's been holding them back, and build a relationship with themselves grounded in genuine self-respect. You are the expert on your own life. My role is to help you access that expertise.

If you’re the one everyone depends on but you feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally drained, you don’t have to keep pushing through alone. I work with adults who are high-functioning on the outside but overwhelmed on the inside, especially women, professionals, parents, caregivers, and veterans navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and major life transitions.
I’m a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner with a Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) and over 20 years of experience across diverse healthcare settings. As a veteran, I bring personal understanding of military culture and chronic stress. My approach is collaborative, culturally responsive, and judgment-free, blending evidence-based medication management with supportive, real-world conversation.
If you’re looking for care that feels thoughtful, respectful, and tailored to your life, not rushed or one-size-fits-all, invite you to schedule a consultation and take the first step toward feeling more grounded and supported.
¡Hola! I’m Daniel, a bilingual, English-Spanish clinical social worker. I provide deep compassion and empathy that derive from my professional and lived experience helping people who are incarcerated and facing uncertain, stressful futures. When you work with me, you’ll understand that you’re not alone in your struggles, you can grow and get through anything, and you are inherently necessary in this world.
Not all wounds are visible, therapy is a way to heal from within. I provide support through the process of mental health wellness to address anxiety, anger, addiction, depression, work stress, relationship conflicts or adjusting to the challenges of life. Together, we will work on strategies that allow you to address the root causes of your difficulties.
