I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, board approved supervisor. I have been a therapist for about 6 years. I received my Masters in Social Work with a specialty in children and families at the University of Texas in Arlington.
I have experience working in the private practice sector as well as in high level of care environments. I have been trained in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), a therapy approach that can help process and heal from past experiences and trauma. Other therapeutic modules I follow are Cognitive-Behavioral therapy, Dialectical Behavioral therapy, and Solution-focused strategies.
I’m a licensed clinical social worker and certified oncology social worker with over a decade of experience supporting individuals navigating cancer, chronic illness, grief, anxiety, trauma, and major life transitions. My approach is compassionate, honest, and grounded in the belief that you are more than a diagnosis or difficult season. I strive to create a space where clients feel safe, understood, and supported without judgment. I value authenticity in the therapeutic relationship and believe healing happens through connection, collaboration, and practical support that meets you where you are.
Life often presents many challenges that can leave people feeling unequipped to cope. As a result, some feel they are only surviving instead of thriving. The good news is this does not have to be the case and I may be able to help. I have over 12 years experience in the area of counseling, 6 of them as a licensed professional counselor. I help people work through grief, depression, anxiety, symptoms of bipolar disorder, relationship issues & anger management, among other areas of concern.
Hi friend! My name is Victoria, and I’m so glad you’re here.
I earned my master’s degree in counseling from Northwestern Oklahoma State University, and since then I’ve had the privilege of working with a wide range of clients—from children around age 10 through adults in their 60s. My clinical experience includes supporting individuals navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, deeply rooted dysfunctional family dynamics, trauma, and brain injury, among other challenges.
