My goal is to provide quality services to clients by establishing relationships that encourage growth and mutual respect. I am a licensed clinical social worker who has been providing therapy services for over 5 years. I believe therapy is a tool that you can use to navigate anything, big or small. I believe that therapy is beneficial to everyone and being in therapy allows you to express yourself in a judgment free environment.
I'm a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and psychotherapist based in Austin, Texas. I earned my Master of Science in Social Work from the University of Texas at Austin and work with teens, adults, and couples. I primarily work with clients ages 14 and older, with much of my current caseload consisting of adults of all ages.
I particularly enjoy working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as folks navigating trauma, C-PTSD, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and questions of identity and belonging. I love working with clients who come to therapy with curiosity, openness, and a desire to better understand themselves and create meaningful change. Sometimes that looks like feeling ready to dive in, and sometimes it looks like showing up with uncertainty, skepticism, or hesitation. All of it is welcome. My hope is to help you connect with the curious and compassionate parts of yourself so that together we can approach every part of your experience with kindness, understanding, and care.
My name is Alicia and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor. My experience includes working with young adults, parents, adolescents (12+) and LGBTQ populations. I have extensive experience with addictions, substance use, life transitions, stress, anxiety and depression.
It’s okay to need support. Life can become overwhelming when anxiety, mood changes, trauma, depression, or panic begin affecting your ability to feel like yourself. You may notice your mind won’t slow down, your sleep is off, or it’s harder to focus and keep up with daily responsibilities. When stress builds or world events add to the weight you’re carrying, it can start to feel like too much to manage alone. Many people reach a point where coping strategies no longer feel like enough, and that’s often when support can make a real difference.
I believe care should feel personal, not rushed or one-size-fits-all. I take time to understand your story, not just your symptoms, and create a space where you feel comfortable being open without fear of judgment. I’ll be honest and supportive, helping you make sense of what you’re experiencing while offering guidance that feels practical and manageable.

Hello and welcome. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center in Lubbock, Texas. I have extensive training in trauma and support adolescents, adults, and seniors navigating a wide range of emotional and mental health concerns.
I will provide a space where you feel safe, respected, and truly heard and understood. Whether you are working through OCD, trauma, PTSD, BFRB's, anxiety, depression, trauma, stress, life transitions, relationship challenges, or simply feeling stuck, my goal is to walk alongside you with compassion and care. I received both my Bachelor of Arts and Master of Education from the University of St. Thomas, in Houston, and have been a Licensed Professional Counselor since 2018.
