I have over 20 years of experience working with individuals, families, and couples navigating life’s challenges. My specialties include supporting people struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship stress, family conflict, and trauma. I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), and I use an eclectic approach—drawing from multiple evidence-based therapies to meet your unique needs. Clients often describe me as warm, down-to-earth, and collaborative. My goal is to create a safe and nonjudgmental space where you feel understood and supported as we work toward meaningful change.
I am direct and solution-oriented when it comes to solving problems. I have a Masters's degree in counseling psychology and have been in private practice for 22 years. I focus mainly on depression and anxiety. I challenge your thought process, suggest strategies, and use an evidence-based treatment approach.
