Hello everyone! My name is Pablo and I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) based in Arizona. I am an Army veteran and after my time in service, I received my Masters from Grand Canyon University and have been practicing therapy for about 3 years. I have about eight years overall experience in mental health working with a variety of clients from Serious Mental Illness (SMI) population to providing support to community members within Pima and Pinal County as a Co-Responder, working alongside Pinal County Sheriff and Tucson Police Department. Beyond therapy, I'm an avid outdoor enthusiast, finding joy in hiking and weight lifting. My passion for Jiu Jitsu keeps me grounded, and I nurture my spirit through my faith. Though my social circle is small, I intentionally invest my time in cultivating healthy relationships with family and loved ones, cherishing these connections deeply.
I work with primarily adults and teens navigating anxiety, depression and lasting impact of trauma. I have particular focus on supporting individuals who have experienced narcissistic abuse, coercive control and high conflict relationships, including the stress that can come with separations or divorce

Hi, I’m Crystal. I hold a Master’s degree in Social Work and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Texas State University. I’ve spent the last four years focused on counseling and therapy, along with nearly 10 years of prior experience in clinical social work and case management. My background allows me to support clients navigating complex life challenges with both compassion and practical guidance.
I work primarily with adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, PTSD, relationship challenges, and major life transitions. Many of my clients come to therapy feeling overwhelmed, emotionally drained, or stuck in patterns that no longer serve them. I also have extensive experience supporting individuals impacted by domestic violence, sexual assault, and other trauma-related experiences. My goal is to create a safe, supportive environment where you can process your experiences, build resilience, and move toward meaningful change.
The name of my practice is called, "Back Porch Therapy." I chose this name when I did indeed have a large back porch that always reminded me of warmth, safety, and security. The porch is now gone; however, my home office/or telehealth is warmly decorated in a pleasing and comfortable manner. You will receive the same smile I show in my profile picture!
