Hi, I’m Kim! I am an experienced therapist and school social worker whose goal is for you to feel free to explore difficult emotions, life and mental health challenges in a safe, and judgement-free space. I bring a compassionate, validating, and empowering approach to every session. I will help you and/or your child transcend the challenges you are facing in your life.
My name is Jamez Bash (she/her), I am a Licensed Professional Counselor who has extensive specialized training and experience in treating trauma survivors of all backgrounds. I am also a Sickle Cell Warrior and focus on treating clients with chronic pain/illness and their caregivers. One last thing, if you happen to have ADHD- you probably found my profile for a reason. I especially enjoy working with clients who struggle with executive function on top of symptoms of trauma and chronic illness. Tell me your goals; I'll help you reach them. Share your pain; I will hold it.
I was an educator for almost 14 years when I began my training in clinical mental health. I initially worked with teens and families in intensive in-home therapy. I transitioned to outpatient where I worked with women and men who had histories of abuse. My training and experience have been predominantly in trauma and grief. I have worked with individuals who suffer from mood disorders as well as personality disorders, particularly those with complex traumas and abuse in their histories.

Let’s be honest — life doesn’t come with a manual. But that doesn’t mean you have to figure it all out alone.
Hi, I’m Tammy — a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who believes that therapy doesn’t have to feel like a chore or a courtroom. It’s more like a conversation with someone who really gets it (and happens to be trained in evidence-based strategies that actually work).
Clients should know that I provide a supportive, non-judgmental space while also being direct and goal-oriented. I understand that many individuals come to therapy during difficult or uncertain times, and my role is to help you gain clarity, stability, and direction.
I have extensive experience working with individuals managing complex life stressors, including legal involvement, trauma, and mental health challenges. I also have a strong background in working with clients who may need additional structure, support, or guidance in navigating systems and life transitions.
My approach is collaborative—I meet you where you are while also helping you move forward with practical tools and strategies. I value honesty, consistency, and building a therapeutic relationship that feels both safe and productive.
