Hello, I'm Lyndsey and I am an LCMHC. After successfully completing my 2.5 year supervised residency, I have established my own counseling practice, Seed & Nourish, PLLC. My intention is to create a supportive environment for clients, where they feel comfortable integrating their faith with therapeutic support, without imposing any specific beliefs.
You don’t have to keep repeating the same painful patterns. As a licensed trauma and addiction therapist, I help individuals uncover the emotional wounds and subconscious beliefs that drive anxiety, depression, and self-defeating behaviors. Healing begins when we understand—not judge—why we do what we do.
I specialize in trauma recovery, addiction treatment, and emotional regulation, helping clients build healthier relationships with themselves and others. Whether you’re navigating PTSD, anxiety, codependency, or recovery from substance use, my goal is to help you move from survival mode into authentic healing and growth.
My focus is to help you heal, energize, and become aware of how you want to define yourself. This is achieved through providing a client-centered environment while creating a treatment plan to move you toward feeling more self-love. I utilize techniques from solution-focused, cognitive behavioral, and narrative therapies to help you feel more comfortable and capable in your own skin.
I believe that healthy relationships (including the therapeutic relationship) have transformative power when we are able to fully experience their healing power in the present moment. My goal is to provide a safe place for you to bring your pain, uncertainty, and hope as we work together to support your healing and growth.
i love working with creatives, queer or neurodivergent folks, & anyone unpacking identity, trauma, & burnout from a world that demands too much. if you’re struggling with people-pleasing, relationship conflict, perfectionism, a recent adhd diagnosis, family dysfunction, or just trying to survive late-stage capitalism—you’re in the right place.
Hello, I'm Jessie Cockerham, LCSW. With 7 years of experience as a social worker, I've had the privilege of supporting individuals through life's challenges. My training in DBT, EMDR, and Ecotherapy informs my approach, which emphasizes the importance of our therapeutic relationship. Together, we'll navigate life's curveballs, whether that means coping with transitions, grief, or overwhelming stress. I'm particularly passionate about helping individuals understand and heal from trauma, and I strive to create a decolonized, safe space for all individuals. Let's work together to find strength and resilience in the face of adversity.
I am LinTiya McCleary, your mental health counselor. I am a whole health advocate and I believe in order to achieve whole health, you must have a healthy mind. I value helping people to become the best version of themselves.
I offer a safe, non-judgmental environment, where you can openly express yourself. I am a "people first" counselor where I offer a space for you to be you no matter your beliefs. I am compassionate about helping people and promoting mental well-being.
Thanks for stopping by. I believe healing doesn’t have to feel overwhelming or out of reach. If anxiety, depression, trauma, identity stress, or patterns in relationships have left you feeling stuck or exhausted, you’re not alone. Many people seek support when everyday life or past experiences feel heavy, when communication with loved ones breaks down, or when coping feels more reactive than intentional. I work with teens and adults across differences in culture, identity, and life experiences to help you find steadier ground and more meaningful connection in your relationships and your sense of self.

Often, our path in life gets off balance when we encounter major life transitions, work stress, relationships struggles, family conflicts, complicated grief and loss and addictions. When we experience existential concerns, identity crisis, cultural distress, it affects us deeply, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and often stuck.
