I have since had much experience working with adolescents and adults with both medical and mental health challenges. I have also worked closely with new moms on many of the challenges they face postpartum and working through those challenges together. My experiences in both inpatient and outpatient settings allow me to connect with clients at various stages to help overcome challenges.

With over 15 years of experience in human services, she brings both depth of knowledge and a practical, down-to-earth approach to her work. She is trained in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), an evidence-based approach that helps people build skills to manage emotions, improve focus, tolerate stress, and create meaningful, sustainable change.
