The impact of these events can make us lose touch with who we really are. This often manifests in feeling stuck in unwanted behaviors, feelings, and negative beliefs about ourselves. These things can be very hard to manage. I specialize in understanding these issues and how they affect us.

Her approach is interpersonal and relational to best empower and accomplish your goals. She works collaboratively with people to improve connection. In addition to her psychotherapy expertise, she is a certified Holistic Health Coach with an extensive understanding of food and nutrition.

I have had extensive experience with trauma in individuals from adolescence to late adulthood. I believe that trauma looks and feels different to every person. Two people experiencing the same event will have different outlooks and understandings of it. A traumatic event can take many forms. I want to help you pick up on where your thoughts, feelings and behaviors come from, even if you have never experienced “trauma".
