I’m a Licensed Mental Health Counselor working with young adults, adults, navigating anxiety, low mood, ADHD, relationship dynamics, and life transitions. Many of my clients come in feeling stuck in patterns, struggling with self-confidence, or wanting to set clearer boundaries. I aim to create a space where you feel understood while we work toward meaningful, lasting change. I offer both virtual and in-person sessions.

Each client is an individual which requires not a one size fits all treatment approach. I have over 10 years of prescribing experience in inpatient and outpatient settings and unde4rstand that not every person requires the same treatment plan. I also provide MAT, ie, suboxone, vivitrol, naltrexone for Opioid Use Disorder and Alcohol Use Disorder in a non judgmental private setting.
As a licensed mental health counselor specializing in grounded psychospiritual therapy, I provide holistic support for adults ready to manifest lasting, fulfilling change. I offer an adaptive approach that respects your history, values, and goals. This empowers development of clarity, courage, resilience, and practical tools to navigate life with true flow.
