I’m Dr. Olivier Barthelemy (“Dr. Ollie”), a licensed clinical psychologist who works with adults and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), depression, trauma, and major life transitions. Many of the individuals I work with feel stuck in cycles of worry, self-doubt, or persistent thought patterns that are hard to break.
I strive to create a structured and compassionate space where we can make sense of these experiences, reduce distress, and develop practical tools for lasting change. My approach is also informed by a strong foundation in neuropsychology, shaped through training at Boston University's Center for Anxiety and Related Disorders (CARD) and the VA Boston Healthcare System.
This background deepens my understanding of how brain function and behavior interact, enriching both therapy and assessment. Drawing on both science and empathy, I’m committed to helping clients restore balance, strengthen resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence.
I’m Angela, a dedicated and empathetic Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with extensive experience providing comprehensive mental health care. As a licensed mental health counselor, I believe that mental well-being is foundational to living a fulfilling and connected life. Taking the step to begin therapy can be challenging, and I commend you for making that choice. Over the course of my career in college and community mental health, I’ve had the privilege of helping individuals navigate substance use, addiction, anxiety, grief, trauma, life transitions, and challenges with motivation. I believe therapy works best when it feels both safe and grounded in real understanding. My background in neurobiology research and medical social work shapes how I see healing — as something that involves your brain, your body, your relationships, and your story. I specialize in grief, medical trauma, caregiving stress, chronic illness, ADHD, and attachment wounds. I also work closely with clinicians and first responders, people who are often the helpers in everyone else’s lives.
