I have been working in the mental health field for as a registered intern with the state for several years. I have worked with a wide ranges of age groups and other cultural factors. My primary background revolves around behavioral issues, anger management, and parenting. With my history of working in a hospital setting, I have also worked with intense mood disturbances such as those with severe depression and/or anxiety. I have also had intensive training on eating disorder. The goal of therapy is not to create dependence, but to foster growth. I strive to help clients overcome challenges, heal from difficult experiences, and develop the self-awareness and self-acceptance needed to thrive independently.
I am a licensed clinician offering individual counseling services in-person or via telehealth for adults, adolescents, and children. I earned my master's degree in Rehabilitation and Mental Health Counseling from the University of South Florida. I am also a National Certified Counselor (NCC) and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor (CRC). My experience includes working with clients from diverse cultural backgrounds across a variety of settings, including integrated behavioral health and primary care.

With over 15 years of experience in the mental health field, I am passionate about supporting adults and couples as they navigate life’s transitions and pursue meaningful growth. Whether you are a college student or recent graduate adjusting to a new season of life, an individual facing anxiety or depression, or a couple preparing for marriage or working to strengthen your relationship, I strive to provide guidance that feels both supportive and practical.
My Christian faith shapes my personal values; however, I work with people from all backgrounds and beliefs. Faith-based perspectives are incorporated into counseling only if a client specifically desires it.
My goal is to create a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, understood, and supported. Life transitions—whether expected or unexpected—can feel overwhelming, but you don’t have to navigate them alone. Together, we can explore the challenges you are facing and work toward the emotional and personal goals that matter most to you.
I specialize in working with adults experiencing life changes, including college and post-college transitions, relationship challenges, marriage and premarital preparation, and parenting. I also support individuals navigating anxiety, depression, and stress that often accompany these seasons of change. My background as a behavioral specialist in community mental health allows me to effectively support adults diagnosed with ADHD or autism spectrum disorder, as well as parents raising children with these diagnoses.
When working with individuals, I primarily use a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) approach to address concerns such as anxiety, depression, and life transitions. My focus is on equipping you with practical tools and strategies so you can move forward with greater clarity, confidence, and resilience.

If you're constantly questioning yourself after a toxic relationship, feeling stuck in anxiety, struggling to trust again, or carrying the weight of emotional abuse, you're not alone. Many of the women I work with are healing from narcissistic abuse, betrayal trauma, domestic violence, relationship wounds, depression, stress, or overwhelming self-doubt. Together, we'll help you reconnect with your voice, rebuild your confidence, establish healthy boundaries, and create a life that feels safe, fulfilling, and truly your own.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping adults and adolescents manage ADHD, anxiety, depression, OCD, stress, life transitions, and substance-related concerns.
My approach is practical, collaborative, and goal-focused. I use evidence-based strategies, including CBT and exposure-based work, to help clients better understand their patterns, build coping skills, and make meaningful changes in daily life.
I believe therapy does not have to be reserved only for moments of crisis. It can be helpful for anyone who wants to manage stress more effectively, improve relationships, strengthen emotional control, or feel more confident in how they handle life’s demands.

Before becoming a counselor, I spent many years as an educator in both elementary and special education.
That experience shaped how I connect with people, meeting them where they are, listening deeply, and believing in their potential. I aim to bring that same commitment and compassion into every therapy session.
As a child, I had my share of challenges, but I’ve worked through them and never let them define me. I believe in growth, in strength, and in choosing to create the life you want to live. As a counselor, I strive to help my clients gain the power of self-understanding and realize their unique brilliance.
I strive to support people in becoming more of who they already are, not to change them, but to help them find their path with confidence and clarity. I provide direction while respecting your autonomy, always staying grounded in the belief that you are the expert on your life.
The therapeutic methods I use are informed by evidence-based practices; a strong respect for neurodiversity; and a deep understanding of anxiety, overwhelm, and what it takes to thrive in a fast-paced world. My professional path combines the best of both worlds – mental health and education – to support clients in a practical, informed, and deeply personal way.
I earned a Bachelor’s and Master’s in Education from St. Bonaventure University and Le Moyne College, followed by a Master’s in Mental Health Counseling from St. Bonaventure. Through years of teaching, forensics, and private practice, I’ve learned that lasting change starts with understanding, and that’s precisely what I aim to offer every client I work with.
