My business focuses on the treatment of clients who deal with sexual abuse, and other kinds of trauma. I can help because I am a survivor, and I understand how you feel. I believe every relationship holds the capacity to heal, grow, and transform. If you’ve found your way here, it probably means you’re ready for change. You don’t have to face it alone. My passion is helping couples break free from painful cycles, rebuild trust, and rediscover the closeness that first brought them together. Clients often tell me that what makes my work different is the balance of honesty and compassion I bring into the room. I won’t shy away from the hard truths, but I deliver them with care and a deep commitment to helping you thrive.
You might look like you have it together—but inside, your mind doesn’t slow down. You overthink conversations, second-guess decisions, and feel constant pressure to stay “on” at school, work, or in relationships. When things finally get quiet, your brain doesn’t—it gets louder. I work with adolescents and young adults who are tired of feeling stuck in that cycle. Many of my clients are high-functioning on the outside but internally overwhelmed, anxious, or mentally exhausted. They don’t just want to “talk about feelings”—they want real tools that actually help.
As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I believe that mental health is vital to creating a balanced life. I understand that change is difficult, and it is not easy to ask for help! I enjoy working with people aged 18 and over with a variety of challenges. I have specialized experience in depression, anxiety, trauma, life transitions, personality disorders, substance use and addictions.
I have worked since 2007 as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor. I have my PhD in Psychology. I am certified as an Applied Behavioral Analysis and use both my experience and education to provide the best possible care for you and your loved ones.
I am also trained in the Gottman Method of couples therapy and am knowledgeable in helping clients who are experiencing distress in their marriage.
