Healing from trauma is not a straight path and you don’t have to walk it alone. I specialize in supporting people of all ages, from youth as young as 10 to older adults, in processing and healing from difficult experiences. I believe therapy works best when it’s a partnership, and I show up with authenticity, compassion, and respect for your unique journey. My approach is eclectic, drawing on a variety of evidence-based tools, with a foundation in a client-centered philosophy. I adapt each session to meet you where you are, at a pace that feels safe and manageable.
“How we relate to whatever we're experiencing is even more important than the experience itself " -Bruce Tift
I believe we all have a natural impulse towards evolution and health. Through training and discipline we can greatly accelerate this process.
Survival strategies needed in childhood, arising from our intelligence, are no longer appropriate and can cause unnecessary suffering. These outdated approaches are primarily unconscious. I provide a safe non judgmental space to get to know your patterns with an attitude of kindness. This awareness can give you the freedom to choose the direction you want instead of being driven by historical conditioning.

Hi, I’m Tyler Lange. I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Texas and Colorado, as well as an LPC Supervisor in Texas. For more than a decade, I’ve had the privilege of supporting children, families, and individuals through seasons of challenge, growth, and renewal. My work—as a School Counselor, school‐based mental health professional, and now a Clinical Mental Health Therapist—has continually reinforced my belief in the importance of compassion, dignity, and genuine human connection.
I earned my bachelor’s degree in Psychology and my master’s degree in Counselor Education from Southeastern Louisiana University, and later attended Capella University’s PhD in Counselor Education and Supervision program to obtain my supervisor credential. While my training has shaped my clinical approach, the people I’ve walked alongside have shaped my purpose.
At the center of my work is a quiet but steady conviction: every person carries inherent worth, and healing becomes possible when they are met with patience, grace, and a safe place to be fully themselves. I strive to create that kind of space—one where people feel supported, understood, and free to move toward wholeness at their own pace.
I believe that you deserve to be your happiest, healthiest, and most empowered self.
I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in the State of Colorado. In 2017, I received my Ph.D. in counselor education from the University of Central Florida

I have wanted to be a therapist since I was twelve years old after seeing a guru use his expertise to connect with a troubled child who had only known how to push others away. Over twenty five years later, I'm privileged enough to have found my own niche, working with individual adults address the impacts of trauma, anxiety, and depression. They have proven that the capacity to love and embrace life can be rediscovered, even for those who have lived through the unbearable.
I'm a Colorado native who loves the outdoors, travel, dabbling in the arts, and spending time with those I love. Sometimes, I am blissfully content just curling up with my geriatric cat and a good movie.
