I graduated from San Diego State in 2005 and have helped people work through problems ranging from anxiety and depression, to relationship and health problems. I have worked in residential and intensive outpatient programs but for the past 5 years I have been providing therapy through Telehealth. Mostly I have found people to be astounding in their strength and resiliency and have greatly enjoyed being part of their growth process.
