I also work with teens and parents to improve communication and build stronger relationships. My approach is down-to-earth and focused on giving you tools you can use in real life.
I believe therapy should feel comfortable and practical, not complicated. My goal is to meet you where you’re at and help you take steady steps toward feeling better.

Hey there! I am a licensed clinical social worker (LCSW) and I really enjoy working with BIPOC adults a therapist. I have worked across various settings -- from outpatient therapy, community mental health, and residential treatment. I am experienced with providing telehealth psychotherapy services to diverse individuals, couples, and families. You can learn more about me at therapywithpriyanka.com. I am available for sessions on weekdays during business hours, except for Wednesday. My availability on a particular day can change on a weeks-to-basis.
Because of my past personal and professional experience, I typically work with people who are "finding themselves," which can occur at any age, especially after a big change or loss or life event. I specialize in grief, bereavement, sexuality, and spirituality, and often my clients have some sort of religious background or are artists/makers/creatives. I work really well with sensitive men, strong women, and people who feel stuck or misunderstood.
I specialized in working with preteen, teens, young adults and adult individuals. My purpose is to provide an empathic, supportive space in which you can speak freely about your experiences, consider issues of identity, and explore relational possibilities. I understand that family dynamics can be complex and challenging. Through therapy one can uncover the past and find a deeper connection on how thoughts impact the behavior in the present.
Meaningful change often begins when the silence of suffering becomes too heavy to carry alone. I am Andrew Levander, a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist with nearly 30 years of experience helping adults, adolescents, and families navigate the complexities of addiction, trauma, and the relational patterns that keep people stuck. My work has been recognized for innovation and excellence, earning the Los Angeles County Department of Mental Health Service Innovations Festival Award. While my insights have been featured nationally on platforms like The Oprah Winfrey Show, The Dr. Phil Show, and Time Magazine, my focus remains on the individual person sitting across from me. I consider it a profound privilege to help my clients pause, seek understanding, and find a path toward peace.
I believe that true healing requires a clinician who is as human as they are professional. My clients often describe my demeanor as candid and high in integrity, and I strive to ensure you feel both challenged and deeply respected during our time together. I want you to feel empowered by our partnership, knowing you have a seasoned advocate who balances professional expertise with a genuine, dynamic style. When I am not in the office, I find my own sense of peace and focus through the practice of magic and the patience of fishing—hobbies that remind me of the importance of perspective and the quiet rewards of persistence.
